We try in every instance to see each patient at his or her scheduled appointment time. Our physicians have an excellent record of running on time and we our proud of this fact.  However, occasionally a wait is unavoidable due to the nature of our specialty. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice when you need to cancel or change your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer your time to someone else. We sometimes encounter emergencies which force us to cancel our office schedule on short notice. We will reschedule your appointment at the earliest possible time.

Having Surgery

Most patients are understandably anxious when they are scheduled for surgery. Our skilled staff will provide you with specific pre-operative testing and admission instructions.

Pre-operative testing is performed to determine if a patient is able to safely have surgery. Admission instructions will provide details regarding date and time of surgery and what preparations can be made to make your surgery as safe and comfortable as possible.

Payment is requested at the end of each office visit. We accept personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, cash, and most insurance plans. It is extremely important that you bring your insurance cards to your appointment so that we may obtain the necessary and correct information to file all primary and secondary claims for you. For additional information on insurance, click here.

However, it is difficult to know all the specifics about each insurance plan. It is your responsibility to obtain referrals and determine if we are a provider of your plan. We also accept Medicare and will bill your secondary insurance when needed. However, complete payment is ultimately your responsibility.
